What body work typically costs

Our collision repair cost guides break down what each repair should cost — dent repair, scratches, bumpers, hail damage, and paint work — including what drives the price and when an insurance claim beats paying cash. Knowing the going rate before you call makes it far easier to judge whether an estimate in Crested Butte is fair.

Getting an estimate

For body and cosmetic damage, eligible shop pages offer a $4.99 preliminary photo report. This is not a mechanical diagnosis or a quote for tires, transmissions or drivetrain work. For those services, contact the business about an inspection and written estimate. Any preliminary bodywork figure also needs confirmation by the shop.
